As I have been following the stock market, I have been shaking my head at the reasons the market has been fluctuating. Lately, the fluctuations have been centered around the various bailout plans here and around the world. Despite having the best day in 75 years, the very next day, the market is down yet again on what I have read as "a lack of enthusiasm for the bailout plan." Where did the enthusiasm go?
