Rap River Run Collecting Old Shoes

It would be quite a "feet" to get into the world record books, organizers of the 2009 RAP River Run believe. They are collecting old athletic shoes for recycling in hopes of claiming the title for the most used shoes collected. Lisa Michelle Dillard, the woman charged as an accomplice in a fatal purse-snatching in November, is accused of snatching a purse weeks before.
