SEBRING — Taking advantage of perfect weather and outstanding scoring conditions, the talented duo of Frank Guglielmi and Dale Anderson shot an impressive 12-under-par 60 to finish first in the Championship Flight of the Sebring Sunrise Rotary Club's annual Smith Barney golf tournament at Sun 'N Lake Country Club on Saturday.
