A Florida Highway Patrol trooper conducting a traffic stop on U.S. 19 near Luna Vista Drive stumbled on more than just a speeder early this morning. When Trooper Mike Hollis approached the 1998 Lexus driven by William Napolitano, 49, at 2 a.m., he noticed what appeared to be a small bag of cocaine on the front seat of the car, according to a report. Searching further, Hollis discovered a total of 31 grams of cocaine, 2 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, including glass smoking pipes and butane torches, and $13,000, the report states.
