Another Bartlett brother recently became an Eagle Scout. Will Bartlett, of Troop 22 in South Tampa, was awarded the rank of Eagle Scout at a Court of Honor ceremony at Hyde Park United Methodist Church. His brother John, a sophomore at the University of Florida, achieved the rank of Eagle in February 2005. Their younger brother, Bryan, a fifth-grade Webelo with Pack 22, just moved up to Boy Scouts. Bryan's goal is to become an Eagle Scout like his brothers. ...more

PLANT CITY -- Security will be so thorough that Raymond James Stadium will be the safest place in the country on Super Bowl Sunday, an NFL security representative said today. Dan Grossi, a retired Tampa police officer who works for the National Football League's security division, said the NFL and local, state and federal officers have worked for months to come up with a plan to keep the game safe.
