Easter eggs will fall from the sky Saturday when The North Pointe Church hosts its first Egg Drop. Families are invited to watch as a helicopter drops 9,000 colorful plastic eggs, each filled with a treat. Children will be invited to fill their baskets. A Sebring Middle School student was arrested Wednesday and charged with possession of a weapon on school property after he was allegedly found in possession of a razor blade. The 14-year-old student was taken to Sebring Police Department Officer Wilma Tindell's office by school paraprofessional Harry "Bud" Young, according to the arrest report.
