Have we not learned anything from the ongoing cost effects of unions, related to the "economic" melt down? The president signed a bill recently that states that preference should be given to union contractors on large federal construction jobs. Have you ever seen a union construction project that was cost efficient? Since unions have been slowly shrinking, what about the nonunion contractors?
