When Hillsborough County Animal Services investigators received a tip about suspected animal abuse involving Ibbie Aldape, they recognized the name. In 2000, a judge ordered her to not keep any kind of animals again. The order came after investigators removed animals from her home for keeping them in poor conditions. Tampa police and Animal Services were tipped off about the conditions at Aldape's home by a worker from the Department of Children & Families. They were concerned about Aldape's 9-year-old son, who lives with her. He was out of the home Wednesday night. ...more

University of Florida's outstanding linebacker Brandon Spikes apparently didn't like a Georgia running back in last Saturday's game. He decided to try to claw his eyes out during a tackle.
