Write to your governor and senator (their addresses are in the phone book) because come April, when they put more tax on cigarettes, etc., we won't be able to afford to smoke. While waiting at the red light by Lowe's going north, at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, a young fellow with a cell phone in hand rear-ended my vehicle. He asked if I was hurt, apologized and while I was reaching for pen and paper for information he went in the turn-off lane.
