Renee Randall and her 9-year-old Shih Tzu, Leah-Belle, have earned a distinction. She and her 9-year-old dog are in the pet therapy volunteer program of Hernando-Pasco Hospice, Compassionate Paws, spokeswoman Jane Freeman explains.
