The Grand Boulevard-Trouble Creek Road intersection in New Port Richey has been reopened after a fatal motorcycle crash shut it down nearly two hours Tuesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. Gary Don Luker, 59, of Wesley Chapel, was riding a 2006 Harley-Davidson south on Grand Boulevard and approached Trouble Creek Road about 8:40 p.m. when a car that was traveling north on the road turned into the path of his motorcycle, troopers say.
