Another Cell Phone Mishap

While waiting at the red light by Lowe's going north, at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, a young fellow with a cell phone in hand rear-ended my vehicle. He asked if I was hurt, apologized and while I was reaching for pen and paper for information he went in the turn-off lane.
