Mike Walker was a two-time All-Conference USA selection at wide receiver for the Central Florida Knights, playing from 2003-2006, enduring a 17-game losing streak and reaching the school's first bowl game after the 2005 season. Walker had 184 career receptions for 2,561 yards and 17 touchdowns. He became a third-round selection by the Jacksonville Jaguars and has spent his rookie season on injured reserve. Anthony Henry was on the University of South Florida's inaugural team. He started four years and remains USF's only four-year captain. As a Cleveland Browns rookie in 2001, he led the NFL with 10 interceptions. Now in his seventh NFL season and third with the Dallas Cowboys, Henry, 30, has an NFL-best four interceptions.
