This references Dean Johnson's Dec. 6 letter and Billy Raymond's Dec. 15 letter, subject "I agree." Apparently both of these gentlemen are convinced that it does not matter whatever mankind does here on earth, it will not affect the climate or result in global warming, because "God controls the world's temperature, not man. God controls the climate, the earth's ecosystem, and our environment." So, I guess we do not have to be concerned about excess vehicle emissions and smog affecting the climate or ecosystem. The word "world" does not refer to the planet earth but "people." God has called Christians to save people from their sins not to save this earth. ...more

He flies by private jet and drives SUVs, all of this while lecturing to the rest of us to conserve. ...more
