SEBRING — A Sebring woman was arrested Wednesday and charged with 41 fraud and larceny counts for allegedly stealing her neighbors' mail and using their credit cards and checks. Charlene Gail Walterman, 27, of 1821 E. Recreation Drive, reportedly stole neighborhood mail in the 600 block area of Sparta Road last year. ...more
