Two articles dated Feb. 10 have me seeing red. The first titled "Ga. Kid's Balloon Bundle Floats to Sebring" celebrates the horrible practice of allowing balloons with their attendant strings go free. I would have hoped by now everyone would realize what a danger this is to wildlife. And for schools and newspapers to condone it. ...more
