SEBRING – Although not a hairdresser, after being a customer for 12 years, Tammy Sueppel decided to become the new owner when Changes Salon and Tanning came up for sale in March 2007. "When the owner decided to sell, I looked into it and felt I could do it," Sueppel said. This salon differs from most because each person leases their space and operates as an independent contractor. All are licensed cosmetologists and offer full beauty services. Together they have a total of 122 years experience.
