We have been residents of Highlands County for over 35 years and have traveled many miles to find a restaurant dedicated to consistently excellent food, service and ambiance. We are delighted to share our good fortune with all of you who also desire those qualities and so much more in a restaurant. Yiannis Prime Choice restaurant has been conveniently located in the Fairmount Cinema Square in Sebring for two years. The owners, Yianni and his wife Mary, and their friendly dedicated staff deliver in abundance and at reasonable prices. A trip to Yiannis begins outside with a whiff of the wood fire open pit grill. They only use hickory, oak, and citrus logs which gives their food a wonderful aroma and flavor. Inside, you are greeted by one of the owners or a friendly hostess who ushers you to one of their decorated themed rooms such as the Ball Room, Golf Room, Music Room, or Gold Room which are clean and spacious. Adding to the relaxing atmosphere is live music every day except Sunday.
