LAKE PLACID — A new beginning. The Lake Placid girls soccer team opens the season with a road match against rival Sebring at 7:30 tonight at Firemen's Field. The Green Dragons will be at a slight disadvantage since some of their players are still involved in other sports, and the Blue Streaks already have a match under their belts. The Sebring Blue Streaks girls soccer team opened their season in less than grand fashion, looking very sluggish and unable to shake off the rust against a very spry LaBelle Cowboys team in a 3-0 loss in the season opener at Firemen's Field on Tuesday.
