SEBRING — Sheriff's detectives needed a keen sense of smell and sharp ears Wednesday to locate a marijuana growhouse operation, the 60th growhouse raided in the county since November 2006. SEBRING – Three newcomers to the area have submitted entries for the 2007 Fall Parade of Homes sponsored by the Highlands County Builders Association. The event will run from Oct. 19 – 28. Weekday hours will be noon to 5 p.m., while Saturday the homes will be open from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m. There are a total of 26 homes in the parade.
