A judge has ordered the foreclosure of downtown St. Petersburg's centerpiece shopping and entertainment complex. Judge J. Thomas McGrady ordered that BayWalk be foreclosed upon and set a Feb. 13 date to auction it off. Its owner has been unable to renegotiate the $14.5 million mortgage or find another lender. ...more
