Fred's Market Restaurant Goes 'Southern'
PLANT CITY - A Plant City restaurant owner whose family has been serving up good food for more than 50 years is changing the name of his Lakeland restaurant. Fred's Southern Kitchen is the new name for Fred's Market Restaurant in Lakeland. Owner Fred Johnson said the new name "better reflects the Johnson family heritage of casual family dinning and Southern hospitality." ...more
