In a complex transaction, the sellers, brothers Tim and Gary Blackman, both sold and leased the 2,210 square-foot restaurant and the 0.65-acre lot at 3400 U.S. 27 S. The buyers were Sagittarius Brands, the parent company of Captain D's and Del Taco restaurants.
