A New Port Richey man was arrested Tuesday and charged with kidnapping and threatening to shoot to death the teen he blamed for a botched transaction, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report. Keith R. Stokes, 45, was arrested on charges of armed kidnapping and aggravated battery with a firearm. Mary Taylor, 19, told authorities she lives with Stokes, his wife and three children at their residence, 6753 Temple Ave., New Port Richey, said he sells drugs from the house and is a member of the Insane Gangster Disciples street gang. ...more
