NORTH TAMPA - Students, staff, parents and community members celebrated the near completion of the first school year at Brooks-DeBartolo Collegiate High with a dedication ceremony Tuesday. The event started with a ribbon cutting and members of the audience entering the school together through the front doors of the building. TAMPA - First-grader Tatum Johnson loved to frolic with friends on the school playground. The 7-year-old enjoyed playing with classmates and came home every day with tales of her school adventures.
