8:30 a.m.: Mike Godwin stood out from the crowd at the First United Methodist Church in Lutz, or at least from the line. As people exited cars and scurried to the end of the line, Godwin kept away but always making sure he could be seen. That's because he was sporting a shirt with the name of Ed Homan, a Republican candidate for the state Legislature.
