TAMPA - Signs of generosity abound in the Tampa Bay area. Visitors to cultural centers filter into buildings with wings bearing the names of those who have donated millions to furthering the arts. Students who otherwise might not be able to afford college are able to go on scholarship. Patients have access to lifesaving medical equipment purchased with donated money.
