So many people are struggling in Florida. I had to cash in a retirement account to pay my property taxes this year. I cannot deplete my retirement account just to pay taxes to live in a house I worked for all my life to own. Please use the special session to cut taxes and government spending. Please ask Sen. Mr. Watson's recent letter just typifies the liberal mindset with which we are so grievously afflicted. I suppose it is perfectly appropriate to vilify and demonize our president for the past eight years and to trash and ridicule the decent and honorable American citizen, Sarah Palin, but God forbid that we should say anything negative about the Democratic "Messiah." ...more
