It's expanded beyond its Christian upbringing into secular education for 21 Florida counties. It's not just for migrants anymore; any low-income family is served. SEBRING –– The My School Preschool and Child Development Center will be relocating its daycare to Living Waters Church of God starting Monday, said owner Jennifer Lipowski. A fire Tuesday at the daycare's original location caused the relocation. Lipowski had run the business at 1002 Persimmon Ave. in Sebring for the last 10 years. The cause of the fire could likely be electrical in nature, said Mike Roberts, deputy chief of Sebring Fire and Rescue, in an interview Wednesday.
