Thank you to everyone who contributed to this year's "Soup Up the Arts" fundraiser at Sebring High School. The event was far more successful than the art club could have ever expected. Amazingly, we sold over 500 bowls of soup this year. Thank you to all of the sponsors that made the fundraiser possible. Donations were graciously received from the following donors: Publix, Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, Blue Crab, Beef O'Brady's, Mae Lee's, Chicanes, L.P. Health Care, Panera Bread, Brewsters, Taylor Rental, Roadhouse Grill, Dr. Hulen, Latin American Cafe, the Hebert family, Regina Blackman, Blackman Properties, LLC., Dee's Place, Sweetbay, Linda Hodge, Alan Jay, Caddy Shack, and many, many more. All of the guests enjoyed the delicious soups, breads, and desserts donated from these restaurants and sponsors. Thank you to everyone from the community for showing your support towards this fundraiser in what has been a really tough economic year. ...more
