Inmate Found Dead In Charlotte County Cell
CHARLOTTE COUNTY - Prison officials are investigating the death of Richard Seccia, 69, who was found "unresponsive in his cell" about 5 p.m. Monday at the Charlotte County Correctional Institution. He had been sentenced to life for sexually assaulting a 5-year-old boy. ...more
