Teen pleads guilty to 17 felonies in Apollo Beach rape, robbery
Two Apollo Beach restaurant workers kidnapped and raped in August 2008 told authorities the man identified as Jose Walle was "the mean one" of the three men who attacked and held them. Walle, 15, pleaded guilty today to 17 felonies stemming from the Aug. 15, 2008, attack. His sentencing was set for March 10. He faces 14 life sentences and 50 years in prison. ...more
