Erica Rodriguez, Ricki Albritton and Maxime Copley scored on penalty kicks following two scoreless overtime periods on Tuesday to lead the Sebring girls soccer team to a 3-1 victory over arch-rival Avon Park in the opening round of the Class 4A-District 10 soccer tournament at Palmetto High School.

The Streaks now advance to face Braden River on Wednesday at 6 p.m., while the Red Devils' season comes to an end.

Angie Carillo scored the lone goal for Avon Park in the penalty phase.
