The Red Devils made just 3 of 7 from the charity stripe in overtime and head coach Luther Clemons says that the team must get more consistent from the free throw line in the New Year.
"That was the story of the game was our missed free throws, but that is the reason we play in these holiday tournaments. To get the kinks out," Clemons said. "The teams we played gave us a glimpse at different styles of play and got us acclimated to adjusting to those different schemes.
"This is all part of the building process."
Forward Xavier Caldwell finished with 11 points for the Red Devils.
