Beonca Godfrey hit a pair of 3-pointers during an 18-3 run that blew open a close game and helped lead Avon Park to a 55-31 win over arch-rival Sebring Tuesday afternoon.
This marks the first sweep for Avon Park over Sebring since 2001.
Godfrey finished with a game-high 14 points, as Avon Park hit five 3-pointers as a team to go up by as much as 26 points in the second half.
Sebring was led by Shannon Williams, who went out with a head injury late in the game, while Tangie McCullors and Zyceria Dawkins each had six for the Streaks
