Taking advantage of perfect weather and a well-conditioned course, the foursome of Scott Baker, Scott Todd, Chris Boylan and Muzaffar Hagus finished with the lowest score during Saturday's Lake Placid Chamber of Commerce golf tournament.
The annual one-day, 18-hole event attracted a strong field, which competed on the demanding 6,500-yard par 72 Placid Lakes Country Club course.
Baker, Todd, Boylan and Hagus won the First Flight with a net score of 47.6, while Greg Kramer, Dennis Crews, Bily Bateman and Matt Shallock placed second with a 48.6 and Ron Chapman, Harry Gregor, Bryan Chapman and Glen Warlen came in third with a 49.8.
The Second Flight was won by the talented foursome of Todd Schweitzer, Dean Cram, Tom Nemeth and Larry Bush with a 41.8.
Runner-up in the Second Flight went to the team of Jeff Spires, Don Spires, Smoky Smiling and Steve Bexley with a score of 45.
Coming in third place in the Second Flight was the foursome of Janice Walker, Dee Dee Harstine, Kyle Thompson and W. Berry Thompson with a 48.5.
