The following people were booked Thursday, March 18 into the Highlands County Jail:

Pedro Antonio, 29, of 110 Elwell St., Avon Park, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for driving with an expired license for more than four months.

Donvey Louis Broussard, 34, of 705 Summit Drive, Sebring, was sentenced to 10 days in jail for having an expired motor vehicle registration over six months and 20 days in jail for driving while license is suspended, second offense.

Oscar Luis Delrio, 44, of 534 Palmetto Ave., Sebring, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana.

Travis John Downey, 30, of Wauchula, on warrants charging attempted second-degree murder, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and shooting into an occupied vehicle.

Eli Clay Howard, 25, of 1202 S. Verona Ave., Avon Park, was recommitted and sentenced to 60 days in jail for knowingly driving while license is suspended or revoked, second offense.

Nathan Ray Hutcheson, 30, of Avon Park, on warrants charging domestic battery by strangulation and assault

Eric Thomas James, 23, of Lake Placid, on a charge of aggravated battery where the offender should have known the victim was pregnant.

Jeremy William Ritter, 19, of Davie, on charges of damaging property/criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools with the intent to use and burglary of an unoccupied structure while unarmed.
