Rewriting rights

Is Spring Lake Improvement District a small drainage district in the business of rewriting deed restrictions, voting rights and property rights?

I would ask the Florida state legislators if they were also in this business; it appears as though these public officials do not have enough of a work load on their plate. Maybe we should allow them to look for another job, one they may be better qualified for.

Maybe the voters can help these public officials find another job in these trying times.
