The following people were booked Monday, Jan. 25 into the Highlands County Jail:

Ronald Leroy Cherrier, 51, of 131 N. DeSoto Ave., Avon Park, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to possession of methamphetamine.

Brittany Elizabeth Jehnsen, 21, of 139 Blue Moon Ave., Lake Placid, was recommitted and sentenced to 60 days in jail for fraudulent impersonation and grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000.

Jerry Lee Redd, 46, of 5356 Pebble Beach Drive, Sebring, was sentenced to 364 days in jail for resisting an officer without violence, trespassing and touching/striking an officer.

David Stephen Wuebbenhorst, 44, of 4916 Manatee Drive, Sebring, was recommitted and sentenced to 180 days in jail for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second or third offense.
