Is it just me or does anybody else find it interesting that the Palin bashers always seem to resort to cheap, personal attacks on her rather than dealing with issues of substance and relevance? Even columnist Leonard Pitts, racist political extremist that he is, jumped on the bandwagon today by unleashing the most inane and idiotic spew of vituperation I've ever seen in print. Perhaps that's because they can't criticize her record of effective government service at both the state and local level.
Or perhaps because she didn't let partisan politics get in her way when she cleaned house in Alaska by getting rid of as many Republican crooks as Democrats. Or just maybe they are embarrassed by the fact that their president and his cabinet have never run so much as a lemonade stand, let alone a state, a family business and a household, all at the same time.
Palin bashers, Bush bashers, Tea Party bashers, etc. are all the same. They can't stand it when common sense folks point out the errors of their ways and offer common sense solutions to the country's problems. As silly as they may be, they had better get their licks in now, because real change is coming next November. Fortunately, it will be change we can all live with, even the Kool Aid drinkers.
