The Sebring Police Department is trying to find the owner of a diamond engagement ring found in a Publix parking lot.
The ring was found near the handicapped parking space in front of the main doors, according to an incident report.
The man who found it told police he stopped by Publix on Tuesday to see if anyone reported the ring missing. He was told an elderly man came in looking for a lost ring, but the person did not leave any contact information, the report stated.
