The following people were booked Monday, Feb. 8 into the Highlands County Jail:

Lynn Wayne Allen, 21, of 3525 S. County Road 17, Sebring, on charges of failure to appear in reference to counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while license is suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.

Devin Scott Bailey, 26, of Okeechobee, was sentenced to serve a remaining 22 days in jail for failure to comply with a court order in reference to petty theft.

Michael Craig Darge, 34, of Hudson, on warrants charging failure to appear for a pretrial conference on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of Oxycodone.

Daniel James Rita, 26, of Jacksonville, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to possession of Oxycodone.
