Highlands County Sheriff's deputies and troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol were out in the wet weather Tuesday afternoon after a tractor-trailer hauling roughly 10 vehicles overturned on State Road 66 near Payne Road. The driver, Sergio Delfin Mena, was not injured in the accident. No one else was inside the truck and there was no property damage, according to the FHP.
