The following people were booked Monday, Sept. 28 into the Highlands County Jail:
Roshawn Douglas McClow, 30, of 412 Los Palmas Circle, Avon Park, on a Polk County warrant charging failure to appear on a charge of passing a worthless check.
Javier Estrada Palacios, 33, of Okeechobee, on charges of battery and obstructing justice.
