Please consider and include in the healthcare bill the product liability for prescription drugs and medical devises and remove the pre-emption of the law that prevents accountability for the drug makers.
This would save $65 billion for Medicare and Medicaid and private insurance companies in the overall and would reduce injury and many deaths that are caused by fast track drugs and fraud.
