For perhaps 50 years I heard the economic statement: As goes General Motors, so goes the nation.
Does this mean that we can expect our government to run industry, health care, etc.?
Joseph Stalin recognized that such would require a large number of czars, which he, of course, appointed.
With recent changes it appears that Putin, the defacto ruler of Russia, will need additional czars to accommodate Poland and other border countries as they become part of Russia.
With Russia being assured that the United States of America will do nothing to offend her, perhaps there will be little or no friction for our country.
