The following people were booked Tuesday, Sept. 29 into the Highlands County Jail:
Tyrell Ricardo Alford, 20, of 6527 Matanzas St., Sebring, was recommitted and sentenced to 364 days in jail for possession of marijuana with the intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ralph Keith Chavis, 19, of 242 Park Crest Terrace, Sebring, was recommitted and sentenced to 364 days in jail for possession of alprazolam, battery on a law enforcement officer, depriving a law enforcement officer of means of protection and resisting an officer with violence.
Sean-Michael Kirkwood Faber, 36, of 314 Quail Ave., Sebring, on a Waller County, Texas, warrant charging indecent sexual contact with a child.
Michael David Hershey, 19, of 3227 King Drive, Sebring, on warrants charging violation of probation in reference to burglary of an unoccupied structure or conveyance, grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and credit card fraud.
