WANTED IN HIGHLANDS COUNTY

The following people were being sought by the Highlands County Sheriff's Office on active warrants as of Thursday, Nov. 26.

Jorge Aguilar, 27, of 909 Grapefruit Ave., Avon Park: Violation of probation in reference to resisting an officer without violence and disorderly intoxication.

William Sweet Phillips, 36, of 1421 S. Lake Blvd., Avon Park: Failure to appear for a misdemeanor offense of reckless driving where alcohol and/or drugs are a factor.

Terri Jo Rametta, 48, of 127 N. Glenwood Ave., Avon Park: Failure to appear on a charge of issuing/obtaining property with a check.

Preston Lamont Wilson, 50, of 200 South Mango St., Sebring: Failure to appear on a charge of petty theft.
