The following people were booked Friday, Nov. 13 through Sunday, Nov. 15 into the Highlands County Jail:

James Michael Canady, 50, of 1300 Persimmon Court, Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to unemployment compensation fraud.

Dean Bruce Caryl, 62, of 10809 S. U.S. 27, Sebring, was sentenced to 180 days for knowingly driving while license is suspended or revoked, second offense.

Robert Anthony Cozier, 48, of 4470 S. U.S. 27, Sebring, on charges of possession of an opium or derivative with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Melvin Daniels, 19, of Seventh St., Sebring, on a warrant charging violation of probation in reference to grand theft.

Mark Kenneth Elliott, 50, of 374 Catfish Creek Road, Lake Placid, on warrants charging theft from a person 65 years of age or older, $50,000 or more, scheme to defraud under $20,000 and criminal use of person identification information.

Larry Ellis, 28, of 109 Tidewater Drive, Lake Placid, on a charge of driving while license is suspended, habitual offender.

Richard Arthur Gillmor, 54, of 350 Bottlebrush Ave., Lake Placid, on a warrant charging grand theft of $20,000 or more.

Jennifer Rae Hall, 27, of 5218 Lafayette Ave., Sebring, on charges of dealing in stolen property, giving a false ID to a secondhand dealer and grand theft of $5,000 or more.

Leslie Renee Hawk, 40, of 310 Hal McRae, Avon Park, was sentenced to 65 days in jail on affidavits of non-compliance in reference to failure to appear for jail sentence in reference to driving while license is suspended or revoked.

Austin Ray Hillman, 20, of 1071 W. Virginia Drive, Sebring, on warrants charging grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling while unarmed.

Daniel Lee Jones, 51, of 2605 Woodruff Heights, Avon Park, on warrants charging burglary of an unoccupied structure while unarmed, grand theft of $300 or more but less than $5,000 and damaging property/criminal mischief.

Gerardo Abagail Matos, 26, of 3165 N. Hobart Road, Avon Park, on charges failure to comply with sex offender registration and driving while license is suspended, first offense.

Michelle Danielle Settar, 36, of 115 N. Florida Ave., Avon Park, on a charge of purchasing a synthetic narcotic.

Eric Michael Watt, 21, of Sebring, on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without the intent to kill.
