The annual Miss Lake Placid and Junior Miss Lake Placid pageants were held Saturday night at Lake Placid High School.
Kasey Conn was crowned Miss Lake Placid 2009-10. She was competing against six other girls for the title.
The first runner-up was Dezirae Sumrell and the second runner-up was Kristina Grill. Grill also was named Miss Photogenic.
Jessica Griffs was chosen Miss Congeniality.
Nicole Tiner was selected Junior Miss Lake Placid out of a field of eight contestants.
Laura Candeletta was first runner-up, with Gabiela Valdovinos being the second runner-up. Valdovinos was also Miss Photogenic.
Abigail Samperi was named Miss Congeniality.
